BuddyDay is designed for independent dog walkers. We treat addresses, access instructions, client information, and location history as sensitive.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to provide the pilot, such as business, client, pet, booking, visit, report, and manual payment-status information. Precise location is collected only for an active walk you deliberately start, and the recording state is made clear.

How we use it

We use information to operate BuddyDay, provide visit reports, support walkers, secure the service, and improve the pilot. We do not sell personal information or use private home-access instructions in client-facing reports.

Retention and control

Detailed route history is retained for 30 days. At pilot end, walkers can request an export or deletion of their business data. Local pilot data can also be exported or removed from the device.
